New Shipping Charges Notification Letter - QUEENSLAND CUSTOMERS
Dear Valued Customers,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Aquatic Solutions is updating the shipping charges to Queensland, which will become effective as of 1st January 2025.
We will stop using Aramex Fastway. Our new courier will be METROSTATE QUEENSLAND.
As a result of this change, our efforts to absorb the freight as we do currently will cease due to a significant increase in shipping charge by the new courier.
The good news is METROSTATE has been delivering us a very reliable service and guaranteeing to deliver the shipments next day. This means you will receive your orders earlier and this will no doubt mean a better arrival condition for the fish.
For Prepaid Customers:
Your new freight will be: $15/ box for any order over $400 (ex. GST)
For orders less than $400, shipping will be $50 Flat rate per order.
For Account Customers:
Your new freight will be: $15/ box for any order over $800 (ex. GST)
For orders less than $800, shipping will be $50 for 1st box, each additional box $25/box.
