Our Part in Keeping COVID-19 Contained
The team and management at Aquatic Solutions are keeping a close eye on COVID-19 and how it might affect our staff, family members, customers and the community. We are taking the spread of this virus very seriously and the safety and wellbeing of each one is a high priority. Our approach is to manage the situation in a calm and measured way, communicated clearly to you all.
Effective from Monday 23rd March, we at Aquatic Solutions will not be accepting walk in customers in a step to reduce the risk of the Coronavirus entering our valuable workforce at Aquatic Solutions. Apart from this, everything will be operating as per usual. If orders need to be picked up, please send us the order at least 2 hours prior to pick up so that we have enough time to fulfill your order. It will be left on the loading dock for you to pick up.
Your support and understanding during this time are very much appreciated as we would like to continue to supply fish uninterrupted during this period whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and staff. We may need to incorporate additional measures as the situation progresses. We will continue to update you as necessary.
