Farm direct is a new initiative from Aquatic Solutions to provide the best of the best fish direct from the producer to the retail store in prime condition, by the people who spawn and raise the fish. This is a fundamental way we, as a country, can further our Australian ornamental fish industry. We are now offering fish directly from our farm to our very best customers.

So how do I qualify?

Stage 1 of this initiative is available ONLY to Aquatic Solutions Platinum Elite members. This is our way of rewarding you for all your support and giving back something truly amazing. Save heaps of money on all the associated costs involved with the double shipping and double handling and get the best Aussie bred fish direct from our farm to you.

How will it work? 

1. You will need to shop in bulk. Can you buy in bulk? Min buy is 1/5 box of any one species to make a minimum order of 3 boxes shipped airport to airport Australia wide.

2. To be eligible your account with Aquatic Solutions has to be paid up in full.

3. You will have to be an Aquatic Solutions Platinum Elite member and be actively supporting Aquatic Solutions with a minimum monthly spend of $4000 excluding GST

4. All orders for farm direct must be prepaid and this includes the air freight to your closest airport (fish will only be shipped out on Thursday each week for Friday pick-up).

5. Availability of fish will be based on a first come first served basis. No holding of fish will be possible. To secure your order place it as early as possible. Orders and payment must be received by Tuesday 5pm for shipping out Thursday of the same week.
