After running Aquatic Solutions for over 11 years now I would like to take an opportunity and show my appreciation of our many long-term loyal customers. I’d like to say thank you for your ongoing support over the years by launching the Aquatic Solutions Member Loyalty Program for 2024.

Our loyal customer base has been a key factor that has allowed Aquatic Solutions to expand and facilitate improvements in our warehouse and venture into local fish production. This program provides all customers with the opportunity to work towards discounts and loyalty incentives, while subsequently providing huge benefits including:

  • Improved fish health, fish condition and fish sizes (fish are growing and many even breeding in many of our holding tanks)
  • Ability to expand our freshwater fish range and holding capacity to be one of the biggest in Australia.
  • Ability to support local Australian producers through transparency with where our fish are sourced.
  • Ability to provide our customers with expert technical support and advice from our fish room staff (the people that actually care for the fish supplied to you).
  • Superb customer service from our office staff that enables prompt order processing and fast delivery times Australia-wide.

Commencing 1st July 2024, we will be rolling out 4 levels of membership in our new loyalty program. You will automatically be placed into the specific level in which you have been trading with us over the past year, for which you will receive a welcome email shortly. The four levels include:

 

Platinum Membership  

20% discount on full price fish from our price list (exclusions apply.)

This is our highest level exclusive to customers spending over $4000 + GST/month and making payment on time within our agreed terms.

Best price guarantee: Let us know the current competitor’s prices and we will match or beat it if we aren’t already cheaper.

Gold Membership

10% discount on full price fish from our price list (exclusions apply.)

This is our second tier and offered to customers spending over $2000 + GST/month and making payment on time within our agreed terms.

Silver Membership

5% discount on full price fish from our price list (exclusions apply.)

This level of membership is offered to customers spending over $1000 + GST/month and making payment on time within our agreed terms.

Bronze Membership - Type A

Retail store customers

Prices as per list price, minimum spend is $300 + GST and making payment on time within our agreed terms.

Online and non-shop front customers – Type B

A 20% surcharge is added to all prices from our list price, minimum spend is $300 + GST and making payment on time within our agreed terms.

Terms & Conditions:

All membership levels will be reviewed every 6 months and will be based on stores average spending volumes and prompt payment of accounts over that period.

Aquatic Solutions reserves the right to change levels at any time at our discretion.

Examples of reasons why your level may be increased a level include:

  • Increased size of orders
  • More frequent ordering
  • Prompt payment of accounts.

Examples of reasons why your level of membership may be reduced a level include:

  • Late payment or non-payment of invoices, you will be given a first and final reminder.
  • Decreased ordering (not meeting monthly spend targets)
  • Abusive behaviour towards our staff.

Aquatic Solutions reserves the right to exclude items on the price list without notice.

Discount does not apply to:

  • Specials
  • Seconds
  • Live feeder fish, including live black worms
  • Fish Food dry & frozen
  • Plants
  • Dry Goods
  • Packaging Products
  • Hygiene Products
  • Bulk buys

Price matching will not include your tiered discount, no further discounts will apply on special pricing.

Proof of competitors pricing including CURRENT date must be provided for ALL price matches.

Minimum spend for free and or discounted shipping includes your discount, orders that don’t meet the minimum spend once invoiced will be charged shipping, please factor your discount in when ordering.

 

FAQ’s

  • Is my discount calculated into my orders online?

Unfortunately, no, the website is not yet able to recognise pricing variations, so you need to deduct your discount from the full priced fish when determining how much you’ve spent. Alternatively, you can call us and we can calculate it for you.

  • Do I need to do anything to receive my discount?

No, just keep placing orders and we will do the rest!

  • Is there a minimum spend to keep my discount?

Yes, please refer to your welcome letter for your minimum monthly spend

  • How often will you be reviewing my account?

We will be reviewing all accounts every 6 months, there are a few factors that could lead to a change in your level so please read the terms and conditions.

  • Do I still get free/discounted shipping?

Yes, the same limits apply to minimum spends but please remember to calculate this into your orders

  • I disagree with my placement and I think my level should be higher, how did you calculate the membership levels?

We did a cost analysis on each account based on sales figures over the last 12 months, everyone has been allocated according to this data.
