It's really overwhelming the sheer volume of fish... I don't want to miss anything but there's just so much to absorb😅. My mind gets blown away here every visit. This place has pretty much every type of ornamental fish you can dream of❗️✨🐟
The size of the market has significantly been reduced with many stalls choosing to sell solely online😔❗️
The positive thing from this is that only the best, most successful stores remain👀👍🏻. These stores showcase prime examples of their fishkeeping prowess and set very high benchmarks👏. Secondly, I managed a pretty thorough walkthrough in 1 day rather than the 2–3 days I spent on my previous visits.
It's amazing that they can ship fish in packages of 1kg or less for about $2 AUD anywhere across China❗️📦🚛
The other thing I noticed since my last visit was that many of the smaller stalls now display fish in jumbo fish bags prepacked on big shelves, rather than the small, heavily overcrowded shoebox tanks❗️🫢
