NEW CUT-OFF TIMES

NEW CUT-OFF TIMES

We would like to thank you for all your support over the years. We pride ourselves in being able to send out the best quality fish at the best prices possible. However, as our business grows, we have been having a huge influx of orders many of which are coming in close to or past our cut-off times which in the past we have always done our best to accommodate. Due to our courier drivers coming to pick up goods earlier and earlier, we need to meet earlier deadlines ourselves and do not want to rush packing your precious shipments.
We ask all customers to please give us adequate time to catch and pack your orders as we need time to provide you with quality orders that you have all come to expect.

From Monday 18th November, we will change our cut-off times as follows:
SYDNEY METRO CUSTOMERS
Monday – Friday: All orders must be received by 9am to receive same day delivery
Friday: All walk-in customers and customers picking up orders must be done before 11am

COUNTRY NSW
Monday – Thursday: All orders must be received by 11:30am the day prior to your delivery date

MELBOURNE METRO AND BRISBANE METRO
Monday – Wednesday: All orders must be received by 11:30am the day prior to your delivery date. We do not advise shipping fish on Thursday for a Friday arrival due to unreliable courier drivers not completing their runs on a Friday and results in fish sitting in the depot until Monday where they perish. If customers must have fish delivered on a Friday, then it will be done so at their own risk and responsibility.

TOLL D2D AND AIRPORT CUSTOMERS
Monday – Thursday: All orders must be received by 11:30am the day prior to your delivery date

We hope you can understand that we are doing these changes for the best interest of the health of the fish and to provide you with top quality fish. Orders received after these cut-off times will be automatically put to the next available delivery cycle.

We appreciate your understanding with this matter and hope this will only improve the quality of fish we provide.

Best regards,
AQUATIC SOLUTIONS TEAM
