Visiting the farm and seeing the huge amount of progress that has been made

It has been a great few weeks visiting the farm and seeing the huge amount of progress that has been made. I am amazed at how fast everything grows here in FNQ. Just cutting the grass around the farm is almost a fulltime job!

Over the past 8 months since taking over we have boosted the fish holding capacity from about 25-30% to well over 100%! This is a LOT of hungry fish to feed and a massive feat for my staff and I.

Over this time we have been making some much needed improvements to the farm. Including installing packing water drums, holding ponds, preparing a new spawning area site and setting up a further 18 ponds for grow out and breeding to cater for the extra fish we are producing.

We also welcomed new staff members Aldi and Dinda to the team at the farm. Looking forward to what we can achieve with the extra hands.
